The customer is always right
In Japan kyakusama wa kamisama - literally, “The customer is God.”
Our difference is easily visible. For example, there was a customer in Vietnam who used our greenhouse, after about 4 years of using the greenhouse which was damaged by a big storm and hail, right after the feedback to Watanabe Pipe Vietnam, within 24 hours an experienced technical team was present and helped customers solve problems immediately wherever they were. This is very unlikely in Vietnam because the other constructors will take a long time before they come to solve the problem or respond.
For a sustainable development of agriculture
Watanabe Pipe Japan chose Vietnam, the second home to start the construction of Watanabe Pipe Vietnam, bringing its know-how, technology and inventions to Vietnam's agriculture at an early stage and spreading it to other countries. ASEAN is different in the next stage
